Cleaning

 

It is vitally important that communal areas are maintained to a high standard, as it is the area seen by everyone coming in and out of the property. 

 

A full specification is drawn up for each development and the work is checked and supervised regularly. A signed and dated card is posted in each entrance with our contact details on it.  Our cleaners are fully trained, health & safety compliant and subject to a tracking system to ensure they check in on site.  Our company is also part of the SafeContractor scheme.

Relationships

 

We value the good relationship we have with residents - some of whom live in developments we have maintained for decades - we find that knocking on their door now and again to get their comments on the cleaning has proved to be helpful.

In residential developments we find the residents like to know their cleaner so it is not our practice to drive cleaners around and drop off cleaning teams - we allocate the same cleaners to their own cleaning jobs each week so that tenants know who is on the premises.

 

We also try to support factors - if help is needed to read meters or give access to tradesmen then we are happy to help out.  We also keep reports on any changes within each development such as lights not working or damage we note on the property.  If there are any changes in the cleaning schedule we keep the factor informed so that they hear this directly before hearing from residents.

 

Additional Services
Window cleaning, jet washing of paths or bins, fire escape cleaning, and carpet cleaning can all be arranged by us and included in our cleaning contract if required.
